Good Afternoon Church Family,
I hope this email finds you well and filled with the joy of the Lord. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible worship service we had this past Sunday and share some exciting news from our commissioning ceremony. The atmosphere in our worship center was truly uplifting as we joined together in heartfelt worship, lifting our voices in praise and adoration. There is something undeniably powerful when God’s people unite in song, and I am continually inspired by the passion and devotion displayed by each one of you.
During the service, we were presented with a unique opportunity to commission a young couple from our church as missionaries. It was a joyous occasion as we prayed over them, sending them out to fulfill the Great Commission and share the love of Christ with those who have yet to hear the gospel. Let us remember to uphold them in prayer, encourage them in their journey, be a source of support during their challenges, and assist them in gracefully transitioning to their new mission field.
In light of our commissioning, it serves as a powerful reminder of our own charges as followers of Christ. We are called to reach people with the life-transforming message of the gospel, both locally and globally. Let us be inspired by the dedication of our missionaries and continue to engage in the work of sharing God’s truth with those around us, extending a hand of compassion and a heart of grace to those in need.
As we move forward, I want to invite each one of you to join us this coming Sunday at 10:30am for Vision Sunday. It will be a time of reflection and celebration as we acknowledge God’s goodness and faithfulness to us as a church over the past year. Together, we will look toward the future, seeking His guidance and direction as we embark on new endeavors to further His kingdom.
Remember, we are a family united in Christ, and I am incredibly grateful for each one of you. Let us continue to support, encourage, and uplift one another as we live out our calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
Blessings
Pastor Joshua Cahill
